Staying focused on your work may impress your boss but sitting at your desk all-day long can be bad for your fitness and health. Incorporating a few safety measures into your daily routine can help you stay healthy while hard at work.

To reduce stress:
1. Don't get a loud alarm clock. Getting up abruptly can make you feel stressed.
2. Fix your schedule so that you can slip in 5 to 15-minutes breaks throughout the day.
3. Do not skip your meals especially breakfast, which gives you energy to start the day right.
4. Break the monotony. Take several breaks and try altering your daily routine.
