Why are they unhealthy and dangerous? Bugs when they bite causes inflammation on our skin, which sometimes can be itchy. But there's no need to be alarmed unless there's a swarm of bugs we have to get rid of. The real problem is not that they're harmful to one's health, but the bites cause us to be uncomfortable, and leaves undesirable marks on the skin. We're usually told when we go to sleep, "Don't let the bed bugs bite you" which simply warns us that bugs discomfort one's sleep.

Where do bugs breed? Bugs prefer cool damp areas such as our beddings. When we don't wash our beddings regularly (weekly), they embed themselves to the comforts of your damp body and dirty linen.

How do you get rid of bugs? Wash your linens regularly and have them dried out in the sun. Bugs, like vampires, are scared of the sun.
