Where do centipedes breed? Centipedes usually come out after the rainy season. In case you find one in your bathroom or on a damp tile, they prefer somewhat wet places. You would usually find one in your bathroom if tiles were not cleaned of fecal matter.

How do you get rid of centipedes? Kill them one by one. They usually don't come out in great numbers unless there's decaying fecal matter surrounding your area.
